The Review Process
The review and approval process is applicable to all resume writing services provided to clients by Resume World Inc. We are “nuts” when it comes to delivering excellence in quality and service, and making you look great on paper. Thus, your review and approval of your resume is of paramount importance to us.
Your Review and Approval:
- Draft resume is completed and emailed to you for your review
- A follow-up call/meeting is scheduled to discuss your feedback
- Modifications are discussed and made to best represent your career experience to potential employers
- Your review and final approval of your resume
- Your finalized, professional resume is delivered to you, in-person or via email
Payment Methods & Terms
We accept Visa, Interac e-Transfer, Direct Payment, MasterCard, PayPal, and Debit. A 50% deposit is required before any work begins on your resume. The balance is due before your resume or any other work is emailed to you. U.S.A. and International customers are sales tax exempted from all purchases; however, HST is applicable on all purchases made by Canadian customers. We are committed to working with you, one-on-one until you are completely satisfied with your resume. However, we do not offer any refund once the resume and cover letter is completed, or emailed to you for your review and approval. Please note that there is no additional charge for any modifications or changes to the draft resume. Any revision following your review will be completed to your satisfaction.
